We may offer a free welcome gift, free trial, promotional access, or discount periods so you can try DuoNiche before your first payment.

For users residing in the European Union or UK: By subscribing to our premium features and accessing them immediately, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

After your subscription starts, payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or by the rules of the payment platform.

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled entirely by Apple or Google. For purchases made through other platforms or direct payment providers, the refund process is handled by the respective provider used at checkout.

If you believe a charge was made in error or have concerns, contact us at [email protected] or via the Telegram support bot. Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your DuoNiche account.

Promotional Terms

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers apply only to your first eligible subscription and cannot be combined with other promotions.

We may change or withdraw promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
