Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The services under DuoNiche are provided by PANDORA-13 Ltd.

DuoNiche provides a language learning application delivered through mobile apps, Telegram mini-app, Telegram bot, and related web services. It is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully and to refrain from misuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, attempts to bypass access controls, or sharing paid content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions may be offered through Telegram, Polar.sh, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle, such as monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the platform or payment provider where the subscription was started.

4. Refund Policy

We may offer a free welcome gift, free trial, promotional access, or discount periods. After a paid subscription starts, payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or by the rules of the payment platform.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests and refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or payment provider where the subscription was started, including Telegram, Polar.sh, Apple App Store, or Google Play.

Premium access will usually remain available until the end of the paid period unless the platform or payment provider states otherwise.

Deleting your DuoNiche account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Telegram, Polar.sh, or another payment provider. You must cancel active subscriptions through the relevant platform or payment provider.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your DuoNiche account in the app or by contacting [email protected].

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal account data that is no longer needed. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, billing, accounting, tax, regulatory, or support purposes. More details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with 30 days notice where reasonably possible. We may make urgent changes without advance notice where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or service stability.

8. External Terms

Use of DuoNiche through third-party platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms, including where applicable:

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
