DuoNiche provides a language learning application delivered via Telegram mini-app and bot. It is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the app lawfully and to refrain from misuse, reverse engineering, automation, or sharing paid content.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each cycle (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, all payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Telegram bot interface. Premium access will remain available until the end of the paid period.
6. Modification of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with 30 days notice, if possible.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
